Returns

Perishable and fragile products (food, and some gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products are covered by The WineBaskets.com Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department and sent to our product return mailing address.

If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!
