      Hello, My fiance and I received this box from my parents for our engagement. It is a beautiful box and the wine was delicious! Initially, the box arrived damaged and couldn't closed. We called GiftTree and they were so nice and helpful. They immediately refunded the sender's shipping costs and sent us a brand new box WITH a new bottle of wine for free! We're so grateful we can now keep this box forever. Wonderful gift!

      Excellent service and seamless process. The only thing is that the package was expected to arrive on July 1st but it was not delivered until the 2nd. We lucked out since the recipients stayed in town for the 4th holiday and were able to receive the package to sign-off for it.

      The personalization on the box was very well done. The box came broken and since it was to be given as a gift (and we didn't have time to reorder) we glued it up and hoped for the best. The recipient was over the top thrilled. The wine was also of high quality and beautifully packaged inside the box. The recipient was very pleased. (The glue job held up nicely.) We love GiftTree for their quality products.

      The product is great. It is just as pictured. And the customer service is surprisingly wonderful. With bad customer service seemingly the norm these days, I was surprised to get assistance promptly and correctly. My only suggestions for improvement are to make the personalization font bigger and offer the crate without the wine or offer several wines in different prices. I kind of wanted a better wine but I was stuck with the one included. Other than everything was superb!
