      Received this from my realtor who listed and sold my home. The contents are all great and details amazing - a scissors to open the packages, a knife for the cheese and two wonderful bottles of wine. I would not have known there were two bottles had I not wondered why the basket remained so heavy after removing all the contents, or, so I thought. May be a good idea to put a note in or something so receivers know there are two bottles of wine...some may just pitch the basket after taking out the food, etc. and miss the second bottle.

      Amazing product that was packaged extremely well. The only suggestion I would make is packaging the second wine bottle in a better way, the second bottle of wine in my basket was buried deep under the paper; almost impossible to find. If someone didn't know their were two bottles of wine inside, they wouldn't have found it.

      We paid extra to have our gift delivered prior to New Year's Day and the delivery was attempted on New Year's Eve day but since their wasn't anyone there to provide a signature, it wasn't delivered until after New Year's. A simple phone call to the recipient or an attempt to deliver again an hour later would have resulted in a successful delivery. It was a surprise so it wasn't like we could send a message to them to be home all day. For the extra cost, I would have expected you or your deliver service to go the extra mile.

      We ordered this basket for a raffle and when it is shipped the items are all nicely arranged but lay flat in the basket and are wrapped tightly with cellophane and a beautiful ribbon around the entire basket. One of the wine bottles was placed label side down so the back of the bottle with the Surgeon Generals warning label was facing up. We would have had to completely unwrap the basket to fix this and we did not want to have to open it. We were somewhat disappointed that someone did not take the time to make sure the labels of both bottles were facing up. It kind of ruined the look of the basket.

      We purchased this as a gift for a co-worker. Everything was beautifully placed, nothing broke, the box/tray it is packaged in is very classy and a good size for re-use when serving. Our co-worker and her husband were thrilled with it.

      I'm recently living in Israel i order this item for Valentines gift to my boyfriend who live in States. He was very happy when he got the gift.       I was very happy with the quality of the gift basket, but VERY UNHAPPY to learn that the gift arrived with NO CARD to identify me as the sender. Receiver had no idea that I sent them this gift. No excuse for this omission. Not sure I would order from this company again.

      This was purchased as a gift for a friend who lives in another state. It was ordered over the net and shipped directly to him, so I did not actually see the gift basket.       Wine and Chocolate - can you think of anything better? Maybe add some chocolate dipped strawberries to the mix. :) The basket was a total hit in it's current form. I have to say that the service provided by the staff at this company is absolutely incredible. They deliver when they say they will deliver. I had an issue with the address on another order and they called to clarify and did the work to get the right information. I was impressed. The young lady was cheerful and helpful! :) I will use Gift Tree again and again.

      I did not personally see the basket delivered but my client called to say it was absolutely beautiful and "yummy". That was enough for me. I would love to see the finished product before it leaves for delivery. Maybe that would be something you can do in the near future.

      My gift basket was packaged well and nicely secured. The courtesy scissors and spreading knife was a wonderful idea. The 10% off gift card was nice as well. I came across your website by accident and I'm glad that I found it. I've already sent the link to my family so they can buy gift baskets too. The baskets are nice and I would like more options for more sweet wine and champagne selections in gift baskets. I would love to see Moscato d'asti that's truly our favorite sweet wine.

      I ordered this item for a very close friend for her 40th birthday. She loved this so much and could not stop texting and calling to thank me.       When I received this as a "thank you" gift I couldn't believe it's packaging beauty and fine bountiful contents. The large black leatherlike basket alone is a nice keepsake. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious... and such a nice touch including little scissors to open the packages. Really First Class!
